HWBC provides planned and reactive maintenance to keep sites in good working order — looking after the civil infrastructure as well as supporting asset and electrical maintenance, so a single contractor can keep the whole site running.
There's a real advantage in having the firm that built a site maintain it. We know where the cables run, how the drainage was laid, how the ground behaves and where the site takes load — because we put it there. That means faster diagnosis, fewer surprises and maintenance that's right first time, without a third party learning the site from scratch.
It also means our work doesn't end at handover — turning a one-off build into a long-term relationship. And we maintain sites we didn't build, too.
