Surveying – Flags are used as clear visual markers, aiding in precise positioning for installation and construction of all the framework, fencing, trenches, inverter locations and substation bases.

Offload and Distribute – The framework and solar panel boxes are distributed around the site ready for our installation teams

Piling – We use various piling rigs to ensure a robust foundation. We also have excavator-mounted drill rigs to create holes in readiness for a concrete foundations.

Framework Installation – Our teams are well-versed in working with many framework manufacturers including. Sadef, Solarport, Praxia, Vergo, Suntech, and Venture Steel.   All  fixings are checked with digital torque wrenches, ensuring they are all torqued to manufacturer specification.

Module Installation – We utilise digital torque wrenches when installing the solar panels. This is to ensure they are all torqued correctly and remain within the manufactures clamping zones.
